Devoted to enriching Jackson Hole weddings through sustainable design & intimate coordination off the beaten path.

You see, my journey to this fulfilling work started with a undenying passion for wildlife. I started my career as a veterinarian technician committed to saving animals. However, Wyoming’s mountain vistas and endless fields of sage captivated me (looks like we have that in common).
Upon falling in love with the land and the creatures that roam freely, I felt called to preserve it. Through witnessing and capturing the true beauty of nature, I found my creative outlet. Soon after, I dug into my savings to purchase camera gear, started hiking around the state and taught myself fine art photography below the snow-capped peaks of the last true frontier.

Fast forward 8 years, thousands of subjects and endless miles clocked on an open back road, and I have been romancing the west with enduring couples ever since.
As you’re reading this you may be wondering how a shutter happy wedding photographer ended up as a Jackson Hole elopement designer and coordinator.
& the truth is that’s it’s always been a part of me.

As a local photographer, it’s my job to not only document your love in golden light, but to support and guide you every step of the way.

& that’s how Foxtails Weddings was born. Not only from my industry experience and type 1 personality (told you, you had my word!), but my passion for exposing the true beauty of nature with people who are daring enough to surrender to it sustainably. Especially as they embark on their new forever!

Howdy, from Wyoming

KAYLA

Based in the Bighorn Mountain but forever chasing golden hour along the horizon that holds your love.

I was raised an Oklahoma smoke show on on red dirt dancing, lush gardens and homemade Southern cooking. But a love of John Wayne movies and cute cowboys brought me to the Square State 16 years ago, where I started my own homestead.

After 8 years of capturing couples in love, I’ve repurposed my gift for planning destination weddings and authentic Jackson Hole experiences into Foxtails Weddings. From location and vendor logistics to creative direction, intentional design and floral artistry, we can compose a celebration as iconic as the Tetons.
